A POWER HOUR is 60 minutes of dedicated practice to level up your training, imagine how much further forward you will be by the end of the year by adding just 60 minutes at a time of extra stretch and strengthening. Whether your 2023 goal is to increase your flexibility to have more stamina, to return to the air after an extended time away or to progress to more advanced tricks this is the path to get you there. Start small, 60 minutes at a time, keep it fun, train with our community, but make the COMMITMENT to your practice, 60 minutes practice sessions throughout the year will add up to major progress. How exciting!!

2: Packs are valid from 15 weeks of the date of sale. Your 10% discount code will be valid for 15 weeks from the date of issue.
3: Aerial Classes include Aerial Hoop, Silks, Sling, Aerial Yoga and Trapeze classes and some workshops. Please note that the pack is not able to be used towards Courses.
4: Power Hour Classes include Pilates, Yoga, Handstands, Improver Acro, Stretch, Online Classes, Strength & Conditioning and Flying Solo Open Training Sessions.
