Join Aimee for this four-week master course to identify your individual goals and progress through them in a small and supportive group. Each session is 1.5 hours to work in more depth than weekly classes, with lots of personalised feedback and drills to increase your lower body flexibility for front splits. You will be amazed at what you can achieve within four committed weeks of practice. 

#StretchYourself is our stretching programme designed to be easy to follow, easy to stick to, and suitable for all - whatever your starting point. The training covers 4 sections: Identifying areas that can be improved upon, strengthening these areas, increasing your mobility & flexibility, finally perfecting the technique and pulling all of your new skills together. The key to progress is working both strength and flexibility together, little and often!
