Whether you are brand new to flexibility training or have fallen out of the habit, this four-week introduction will provide you with the tools, motivation and accountability to begin.
Our method combines strengthening and mobility drills to increase flexibility safely. A strong and mobile body is the key to preventing injury, reducing aches and pain and of course, creating beautiful shapes.
Join Aimee for this four-week master course to identify your individual goals and progress through them in a small and supportive group. Each session is 1.5 hours to work in more depth than our weekly classes, with lots of personalised feedback and drills to increase your overall flexibility and give you all of the tools you need to practice stretching effectively in the future..You will be amazed at what you can achieve within four committed weeks of practice.
The key to progress is working both strength and flexibility together, little and often!
