Acro Yoga Beginners Course (4 Weeks)

In this course, you'll learn to base, fly and spot the fundamental acro yoga poses. We'll look at the alignment and form of L-basing postures (where the base is lying down) and begin to link postures together, creating super fun flows. 

Acroyoga is one of the most fun ways to build strength and flexibility whilst getting super creative. The only pre-requisites are that you're happy to physically connect with others and that you come with an open mind ready to surprise yourself!

Suitable for total beginners or anyone looking to refine their technique, no prerequisites!

In this class, you will be working in partners and groups, there is no need to come with a partner as we will all be working together.
