New Beginners Pilates Course
6 week beginners Pilates course for complete beginners who haven't tried Pilates before or haven't attended a clas in a while. Each week you will learn the original exercises taught by Joseph Pilates in the beginners phase, exercises can be adapted throughout the class to suit your body and any restrictions you may have. We will work towards improving your posture, core strength, flexibility and mobility, you will also be taken through the fundamentals of Pilates, Concentration, Alignment, Centering, Breathing, Coordination, Stamina and Flow.
