Whichever the reason, we'll build a bespoke plan just for you depending on the outcome you'd like.

What you get

• Join our small group community where we focus on building your strength and mobility.
• Join in-person or online (you'll need some equipment for at home/online)
• Have your own plan that you build on each week at a pace right for you
• Join our Facebook group to cheers each other on, share your gains and feel part of the strength community.

All this so that you’ll see and feel the progression each week.

When you join:

• You’ll be part of a small group of just 4 or 5 people who will be your cheerleaders and accountability partners.
• You’ll use body weight, weights, wall ladder and gymnastics rings, mat work and boxes to enable you to be the strongest you’ve ever been.

We can't wait to welcome you to our specific women's sessions to ficus on building strength. You'll be amazed at what your body can do and much better you can feel.

    This membership bills every 4 weeks. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
