This membership payment is taken each month. The membership starts on the date you make your first payment . This membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. Your payment for this membership has been pro rata over 12 months. It will automatically renew at the end of the 12 month period to start afresh with a new set of 48 classes to take.

By signing up to a Lifestyle membership.
You are able to book and manage all your sessions up to 12 months in advance. Therefore you can anticipate holidays and times when you may be away.
You can book different classes on different days each week.
You can remove yourself from a class up to 24hrs before the start of the class without forfeiting it.
You can come more than once or twice or everyday in one week depending on your membership.
You are making a commitment to doing something regularly which we know is the best way to achieve results.
We can help you to manage your attendance so, if life changes over the 12 month period please talk to us first so we can help.

This Annual membership entitles you to 48 sessions a year to be taken at your convenience with a maximum of 7 to be taken within any 4 week period. The Old Dairy Pilates Studio will be operating a 48 week year.

If you are unable to make a class then you must remove yourself from that class no later than 24hrs before the start of that class. Failure to do so will mean that you will forfeit that class and it will count as part of your usage.

If you cancel your monthly membership at any point you will forfeit any outstanding sessions.

You decide to CANCEL your membership there is a full 30 day notice period required. This is 30 days from your next due payment date not the day you decide to cancel.

We run our memberships on a 30 day rolling contract therefore a full 30 day notice period is required if you decide to cancel/leave.
