This is a recurring membership which allows you to book 10 Reformer classes per month flexibly, until the membership is cancelled.
This membership may be used across all classes and all studios.
Classes may be booked flexibly throughout the month and class swaps can be made freely, as long as 24 hours notice for class cancellation is provided.
Billing occurs on the same day as when the plan is purchased - full payment will be collected when purchasing. Monthly billing will then take place on the same day each month.
Missed or unused credits cannot be made up or carried over into subsequent months.
If we cancel a class that cannot be covered or made up within the month, a free registration will be provided to you, that you can use for another class.
Cancellation of the recurring plan may be made at any time, however please do let us know if you are cancelling as we will need to do this our-end.
If the plan is cancelled mid-month, refunds for the remainder of the month will not be provided and your membership will continue until the last day of the billing period.
Please be aware that this membership takes into account a break of one week during the Christmas period when the studio is closed.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
