Gym Membership
Gym Membership that offers you 5 set sessions per week to train on your own or grab some coached sessions with a highly qualified coach.

You have the flexibility to either take the 5 Open Gym sessions and crack on with your own training or you can book in to a Lifting Tekkers or Power Up coached session (you have access to one Lifting Tekkers and Power Up each week) to work on your knowledge, technique or get that extra push you need to progress on your lifts. These are suitable to both novice and experienced lifters.

2 x Coached Sessions
3 x Open Gym Sessions

These sessions must be booked on the Team Up Calendar. Entry will not be allowed unless booked

Group Classes Only
Your group sessions are back! Check out what classes we offer on the website and book in to each session every time you want to feel the burn or stretch out. You have an array of classes to choose from and have unlimited access to all.

Mix & Match
5 sessions per week
3 x Group Classes
2 x Gym sessions Lifting Tekkers is capped to max 1 per week.
(Once signed up, you must attend a Lifting Tekkers session. This will enable us to check your gym technique and ability)

Intermediate Ladies-Only Strength Programme (Ongoing)
Upon completion of the Beginners Programme, you will automatically be eligible to join the Intermediate sessions on an ongoing basis.

2x Strength Sessions per week (Coached)
Unlimited classes

Single Class Session
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 21 days.
This pay as you go single group fitness session is valid for 21 days once you have purchased.

You can choose to book on one of the following classes:
Outdoor session (currently held at Anchorians Playing Field)
Pilates & Core
Kettlebell HIIT
Yoga Burn
