# KW Reform Silver Membership Terms & Conditions

**£90 every 28 days | 5 class credits per billing cycle**

The KW Reform Silver Membership is designed for members who want to attend consistently and receive a lower cost per class in return for an ongoing recurring commitment.

By purchasing or continuing a Silver Membership, you agree to the following terms.

## 1. Membership & Billing

The Silver Membership costs **£90 every 28 days** and renews automatically using the payment method held on your account.

Each time your membership renews, **5 class credits** are added to your account.

Your billing cycle runs for 28 days from one payment date to the next. It is not based on a calendar month.

## 2. Your 5 Class Credits

Your 5 class credits are available for use during the billing cycle in which they are issued.

**Any unused credits expire at the end of that billing cycle. They do not roll over into the next billing cycle and will not be refunded, transferred or credited against future membership payments.**

Your membership payment is your commitment to the recurring membership and is not dependent upon you using all 5 of your class credits.

The Silver Membership has a lower cost per class than our flexible class passes specifically because you are making this ongoing commitment.

If you need greater flexibility because of holidays, work, family commitments or an unpredictable schedule, a flexible class pass may be a more suitable option.

## 3. Holidays & Membership Pauses

**KW Reform memberships cannot be paused for holidays or other planned short-term absences.**

This includes holidays, school holidays, family commitments, work commitments, events or other occasions when you choose or expect to be away from the studio.

Your recurring payment will continue as scheduled and unused credits will expire at the end of the relevant billing cycle.

If you know that you regularly need periods away from the studio, we recommend using our flexible class passes rather than a recurring membership.

## 4. Serious Medical or Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that occasionally circumstances arise that are significantly different from an ordinary holiday or scheduling conflict.

A membership may be suspended where a member is **medically unable to exercise for an extended period**, for example because of:

- a significant operation or medical procedure;
- a serious illness;
- a significant injury that prevents participation in exercise; or
- another serious medical circumstance that prevents attendance for an extended period.

We may also make reasonable arrangements following a **bereavement or similarly serious unforeseen personal emergency**.

These provisions are intended for serious and unforeseen circumstances. They do not apply to holidays, work commitments, school or family events, busy periods, difficulty attending a preferred class, or other ordinary scheduling conflicts.

Please contact KW Reform as soon as reasonably possible if one of these circumstances applies.

## 5. Cancelling Your Membership

The Silver Membership is a recurring membership and will continue to renew automatically until cancelled.

If you wish to end your membership, you must give KW Reform **at least 7 days' notice before your next scheduled payment date**.

If you request cancellation less than 7 days before your scheduled payment date, your next payment will still be due and your membership will continue for that final paid billing cycle.

Cancelling your membership does not provide a refund for previous membership payments or unused class credits.

It is your responsibility to be aware of your next scheduled payment date and provide the required notice.

## 6. Cancelling or Changing a Class Booking

If you cannot attend a class you have booked, you must cancel or change your booking **at least 12 hours before the class start time**.

Where a class is cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice, the credit will be returned to your account for use within its original billing cycle.

**Classes cancelled within 12 hours of the start time, or classes you do not attend without cancelling, will result in the class credit being forfeited.**

The credit will not be returned, rolled over or replaced.

Exceptions to the 12-hour cancellation policy will only be considered in genuinely serious and unforeseen circumstances, such as **serious sudden illness, bereavement or a serious personal or family emergency**.

Ordinary illness, work commitments, childcare difficulties, traffic, changes of plans or other day-to-day circumstances do not automatically qualify for the return of a late-cancelled class credit.

## 7. Regular Weekly Bookings

Where your membership includes a regular weekly class booking, your space will continue to be reserved while your membership remains active.

If you cannot attend your regular class on a particular week, you may move your booking to another available class, provided you make the change within the cancellation policy and use the credit within the same billing cycle.

Availability in an alternative class cannot be guaranteed.

## 8. Failed Membership Payments

If a recurring membership payment fails, your membership and booking privileges may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding payment has been resolved.

## 9. Exceptions Do Not Change Your Membership Terms

From time to time, KW Reform may choose to provide a credit, refund or other arrangement where an error has been made by the studio or where genuinely exceptional circumstances warrant it.

**Any one-off exception does not change these membership terms and does not create an entitlement to the same exception on another occasion.**

## 10. Changes to Membership Terms

KW Reform may occasionally make reasonable changes to membership pricing, benefits or terms.

Where a change materially affects your membership, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect.

By purchasing or continuing a KW Reform Silver Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
