Complete Beginner (Course)

Suitable for complete beginners or for those wishing to return to pole after a long break. The course is 6 weeks long, 1 hour per week. You will work on floor work, low pole work, flow, strength exercises, beginner spins, tricks and poses. By the end of this course you will have learnt how to safely climb the pole, sit on the pole and how to move around and with the pole effectively.
