All single sessions must be used within a month of payment.

Any cancellations before 48 hours of the session start will result in a rescheduled appointment. No refunds can be issued.

Any cancellations within 48 hours of the session start will result in 50% of the session fee being taken and the other 50% being credited to a rescheduled session.

Any cancellations within 24 hours of the session start will result in 100% of the fee being paid and the session being forfeited.

All our Coaches time is valuable and in demand and because of that we guaranteed our Coaches get paid.
