Barre - A low impact, full body workout that improves posture, balance and core strength through controlled movements and light resistance.
Low Impact Strength - Builds muscle, supports bone health and improves full body strength with functional movements, incorporating dumbbells.
Strength and Cardio - A mix of Low Impact Strength movements with added high intensity cardio intervals to boost power and improve heart.
