We are looking for 20 individuals, who are serious about achieving results within the 8 week program.
With a chance to win a maintenance month FREE.
20 in person sessions with TZ team in total! 1 x set up day, 1 x results day, 18 classes to book on the system!

Whats included?
* Saturday Set up - Fitness test, before pictures, weight, measurements and a 30 minute yoga to set your intentions for the next 8 weeks, followed by a protein shot to finish. This will be repeated in week 8, to see how far your fitness has come.
* Any 2 classes per week of your choice from our time table. + 2 BONUS CLASSES wherever you want to push!
* Personalised Diet plan, Calories and Macros to suit your goal.
* 3 Live workouts per week plus 400 pre recorded to catch up anytime.
* 8 week gym/home workout plan for extra workouts if needed.
* Weekly online 1-1 check in.
* Private group chat for 8 week shred members only, accountability will be sent in everyday.
* Access to our app MYZONE, including workouts, recipes, results tracker and more.

Once the program is finished and all of your amazing results have been achieved, you will have the option to jump on our maintenance shred at £35 per month (1 class a week) or Shred Plus at £55 per month (2 classes per week).

This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early.
