If you have purchased this package but you are unable to book onto classes. This is because your direct debit has failed. Please do not buy this pack again as it does not automatically cancel your failed package. It will mean you have 2 packages and 2 direct debits.
Contact us & we will take failed payment manually. So we have no mix ups.

Failed payments will be charged at £5 per payment.
If this happens more than 3 times membership options will be no longer be available to you. As we don’t have the capacity to continuously fix on the system and we don’t want to keep charging late fees.

Any missed classes are lost and cannot be carried over to the next month.
