Aerial Yoga for beginners 5 week course

Want to try aerial yoga but unsure where to start?  If you’re  completely new to aerial then, this five week beginners course is the one for you.  

Let the love 2oga aerial team  show you the basics and allow yourself to build confidence to use the hammocks safely. Before you know it you will be flying high and upside  (teachers may vary week 2 week) 

The first class is all about building trust, so will will show you how to enter and exit the hammock.  We will then go through a gentle aerial sequence to open up and stretch your body  followed by a beautiful  calming relaxation.

Each week we will build on the basics learning new poses and building strength and flexibility letting go of fear.  

Last week will be aerial skills a tricks trying out more dynamic postures with Jill our aerial artist.

 This course is a great way to find confidence, trust and sense of accomplishment within yourself.  What a way to start 2022 by finding a new hobby that will literally turn your life upside down!  Sounds good?
