D - Level 2 Freestyle Fundamentals - Speed & Power
This is a 4 x 60min GROUP session where we cover the next step of freestyle.
We have the basic fundamentals of freestyle in place - now we are looking to add in the power. This course integrates theory and practical elements to give you a comprehensive learning experience.
Who is this course for: Intermediate & seasoned swimmers - this course is stage 2 of the Freestyle fundamentals. We recommend attending Freestyle Fundamentals first
