    Personal Training Client Agreement - Policies, Terms and Conditions
    By investing and participating in Personal Training, you are fast tracking your results and we have faith that by working together we can make the changes you want in terms of your health and fitness. However, it does take two to get results so success requires a level of personal commitment from you as well.

    Session Policy:
    The most important factor in improving health and fitness and achieving results is consistency. Training regularly and turning up for each session is just as important as the quality of one workout. Personal Training guarantees you will receive quality instruction and a professional service. Our training session is valuable and we ask that you respect this and turn up on time for each session. Training sessions will commence and finish at the scheduled time, regardless if you arrive late to the session.

    Booking System:
    There is a 12 hour cancellation policy with our classes through the GoTeamUp booking app. Any classes cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will be considered a 'late cancellation' and as a result you will forfeit that class credit

    Holidays/Scheduled Absences:
    If you notify SixFour Fitness in writing via the email address given below that you will not be attending your sessions due to a holiday/planned absence ( with <14 days notice ) we will be able to credit your account with 1 weeks worth of classes that you can avail of at an earlier or later date post absence.

    *Please note that we will not pause memberships or reaarrange monthly direct debit dates to facilitate a holiday/annual leave or any other reason for that matter.

    Injury / Rehabilitation Policy:
    We understand that there are times that you may not be able to participate in the session due to an injury. But this does not mean you should not train at all. As long as you give us 24 hours notice we can plan an alternative session for you, taking into consideration your injury. It is important to keep the momentum going.

    Communication:
    We request that you only contact us by mobile phone for urgent communications relating to sessions and use the email address info@sixfourfitness.ie for all other communications. Wherever possible we will respond to any communications within 24 hours during the week and 48 hours at weekends.

    Cancellation of Membership:
    Cancellation or change of membership requires a minimum of 30 days notice communicated to info@sixfurfitness.ie or holly@sixfourfitness.ie

    245.00€ per month—Bills one cycle at a time.
    This membership bills on the 1st of every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
