Core — £160 / month includes unlimited gym access plus 4 personal training sessions per month. Perfect for consistent weekly coaching and steady progress.
Pro — £280 / month includes unlimited gym access plus 8 personal training sessions per month. Designed for those training with specific goals and wanting to reach peak performance with regular hands-on coaching.
