This 8-week remote coaching block is fully personalised to your goals, whether that’s building strength, improving your Olympic lifts, or staying fit and focused through the winter.
What’s included:
- Up to 4 sessions (each averaging 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes to complete including warm-up and cool-down)
- Video demonstration's/coaching for key movement's
- Client video analysis, breaking down your technique and giving you clear pointers to improve, and targets to achieve
- Weekly WhatsApp check-in for feedback and adjustments
- Ongoing support to keep you progressing and accountable
- 'Open Gym' access at OlyLft - bookable via TeamUp calendar (if local and not added into price - bonus add-on)
- WhatsApp or email support for questions and progress updates
