***this pass includes access to Wednesday evening live-streamed sessions***

Established in 2013, Roundhay Ukulele Group is a fun and sociable group of ukulele players who love to play a whole range of songs together. Join us on a Wednesday evening at Lidgett Park Methodist Church Hall for a fun hour and a half, as we develop our skills, rehearse for performances and sing too! All sessions will be live-streamed via Zoom and available to watch up to 30 days after the session on Facebook if you are unable to make it to the live session.

We'll learn and play a selection of songs over 4 weeks, learning chords, strumming techniques and tab/lead parts as we go. These sessions are suitable for ukulele players who know the open position chords (eg; A, Am, C, Dm, D, E7, F, G, G7) and are up for giving bar and moveable chords a go (eg; Bm, Bb). If you are new to the ukulele then one-to-one lessons with us may be more suitable in the first instance. Please contact for more details.

You will receive PDF song sheets to download before the first session, accessible via GoogleDrive, which you can then access on a tablet/iPad or print off at home. We will play a different combination of songs each week so please bring all the songs to every session. If you would like us to print a booklet for you for the five weeks, please email There will be an additional cost of £5 for the booklet.

You will also need to bring a music stand and your ukulele!
