Upon purchasing this membership, you are agreeing to a minimum term of 6 months, which requires you to make a payment of £552.00 every 6 months.
After the initial 6-month period, your membership agreement will automatically renew period to period, unless otherwise specified by submitting a minimum of 31 Days written notice before the auto-renewal date is due.

    Terms and conditions
    1. Membership Billing:
    - Your membership fee of £552.00 will be charged every 6 months, starting from the original date of your membership.
    - Upon purchasing this membership, you are agreeing to a minimum term of 6 months, which requires you to make a payment of £552.00 every 6 months.
    - After the initial 6-month period, your membership agreement will automatically renew and continue period to period until cancelled by submitting a minimum of 31 Days written notice before the next period is due.

    2. Session Usage:
    - Flexible session usage, up to 6 sessions per week can be used across the term
    - Unused sessions will expire at the time of renewal (every 6 months) and cannot be carried over or credited to the next term
    - If you use all your sessions before the end of your term or would like additional sessions, please contact us to purchase a ‘bolt-on’.

    3. Membership Changes and Cancellation of Auto-Renewal:
    - If you wish to change to a different membership or cancel the automatic renewal on your current membership a written notice must be submitted at least 31 Days before the upcoming auto-renewal date.
    - All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to David on 07782304475 or info@thehurtlocker.co.uk
    - If confirmation of the change or cancellation is not received, the member must re-submit the change or cancellation request.
    - It is the member's responsibility to cancel any future direct debits directly with their bank.
    - The Hurt Locker will not be held responsible for any fees collected by direct debit if the member fails to cancel it. Such fees are non-refundable.

    4. Temporary Freeze of Membership:
    - The membership can be temporarily frozen for the following reasons only, provided satisfactory proof is provided:
    - Pregnancy
    - Serious illness (Medical exemption note must be produced within 7 days from the diagnosis)
    - Serious injury (Medical exemption note from Doctor or Physiotherapist must be produced within 7 days from the diagnosis)
    - Redundancy (Upon production of notice)

    5. Ineligibility for Freeze or Extension:
    - The membership cannot be frozen or have the automatic renewal date extended for personal reasons, including:
    - Holidays
    - Travel related issues
    - Work commitments
    - Non-serious injuries
    - Non-serious illnesses such as colds and flu

    6. Expiry Date and Transferability:
    - If your membership has an expiry date added, meaning the automatic renewal has been cancelled, there can be no hold period or extension to this expiry date under any circumstances.
    - Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable.
    - Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

    7. Late Cancels and No Shows:
    - Sessions canceled within 8 hours of the session starting will be considered a Late Cancel and will not be refunded, unless circumstances are exceptional.
    - No-show appointments will not be refunded under any circumstances.
