Led by experienced coaches, this class combines bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and agility drills to help teens gain confidence, improve performance, and develop a lifelong love for training. Whether they’re new to the gym or looking to enhance their athletic ability, this program provides a fun, supportive, and challenging environment to help them grow.

In agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree for your child to participate in a physical fitness program provided by The Tin Shed (Strength and Conditioning) which may include, but not necessarily be limited to, private, semi-private and solo training as part of the classes and sessions available. You have been made fully aware of the structure of the fitness classes that The Tin Shed (Strength and Conditioning) offers, in which you agree for your child to participate. You are aware that it is your responsibility to make the coach aware of any medical conditions or risks that may impact your child's participation in classes. The Tin Shed (Strength and Conditioning) accept no liability for any injuries or losses whatsoever that your child may sustain whilst participating in any class, session or using any equipment (except the extent that we are negligent).
In signing your child up to the Youth Strength & Conditioning Class, you give consent for your child to take part in all activities and understand that all activities involve an element of risk.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
