In purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with the The Tin Shed Terms and Conditions and gym rules relating to opening hours, use of facilities, health/safety and your conduct. There may be occasions where we must close the open gym section of The Tin Shed of which you are a member. We will do our best to let you know of such closures in advance of them taking place unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. Such closures will be kept to a minimum in duration and frequency and will not entitle you to a refund of part of, or all, your membership fees.
In agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to participate in a physical fitness program provided by The Tin Shed (Strength and Conditioning) which may include, but not necessarily be limited to, private, semi-private and solo training as part of the classes and sessions available. You have been made fully aware of the structure of the fitness classes that The Tin Shed (Strength and Conditioning) offers, in which you agree to participate. You are aware that it is your responsibility to make the coach aware of any medical conditions or risks that may impact your participation in classes and open gym sessions. You are aware that you should consult a doctor before you start any exercise, class or open gym session. The Tin Shed (Strength and Conditioning) accept no liability for any injuries or losses whatsoever that you sustain whilst participating in any class, session or using any equipment (except the extent that we are negligent).

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
For cancelling or placing a hold on a membership: a minimum of 7 working days notice before the last day of the month is required for such changes to be processed effectively within that month.
