Our Junior classes allow kids to build strong foundations for sport and life. Kids gain confidence and body awareness in a safe and supportive environment. Sessions are fun and engaging, introducing key movement skills such as squatting, jumping, landing, pushing, and pulling. This class is specifically for kids in P4-7.
This membership allows the athlete access to one Tin Shed Juniors class per week.

Our sessions focus on improving strength, coordination, balance, and overall fitness in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment. We focus on building good habits and preventing injuries, particularly if they participate in another sport. This class is specifically for youth girls in P6-S3.
