This membership allows access to all Bootcamp Classes. This membership is great for people that love the atmosphere and benefits of a class environment.

In purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with the The Tin Shed Terms and Conditions and gym rules relating to opening hours, use of facilities, health/safety and your conduct. There may be occasions where we must close the open gym section of The Tin Shed of which you are a member. We will do our best to let you know of such closures in advance of them taking place unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. Such closures will be kept to a minimum in duration and frequency and will not entitle you to a refund of part of, or all, your membership fees.

The Tin Shed Premium membership includes:
- Unlimited Bootcamp Classes
- Stay on Track (1-1 Accountability programme which includes: Goal setting, weekly check-ins, monthly body scans, 1-1 support via WhatsApp)

Tin Shed Masters
Bootcamp Masters is a class specifically created for individuals over 50. These low impact sessions aim to build strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. You will learn the core fundamental movements, focusing on correct form/technique to build your confidence and achieve your fitness goals.

All sessions take place at The Tin Shed on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11am. Class spaces are limited to 12 people to maximise coaching.

Tin Shed Young Farmers

This membership allows Young Farmers access to one class per week. Tin Shed Juniors (1 Class per week)

This class is specifically for kids in P4-7.

Our Kids Strength & Conditioning class is a fun and engaging way for young athletes to develop fundamental movement skills, strength, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment. Using our S+C blueprint and long-term athlete development principles, we focus on creating a strong foundation that sets kids up for lifelong fitness and athletic success. Led by experienced coaches, this class includes a mix of bodyweight exercises, age-appropriate resistance training, agility games, and functional movements to keep kids active and engaged while improving their overall fitness. Whether they’re new to training or looking to enhance their athletic ability, this program provides a safe, fun, and encouraging space to help them grow stronger, move better, and build confidence in the gym. Tin Shed Speed + Agility (membership add on)

This session is ideal for young athletes who want to increase their speed, sharpen footwork and coordination, improve acceleration, boost movement confidence, and increase their overall athletic abilities.

This is available as a standalone class or an addition to the Youth S&C membership.


AM Soccer Strength + Conditioning
Our Football Strength & Conditioning class is designed to help young athletes develop the strength, speed, agility, and endurance needed to excel on the field. Using our S+C blueprint and long-term athlete development principles, we focus on building a strong foundation in power, coordination, balance, and injury prevention to support long-term athletic success.

Led by experienced coaches, this class includes a mix of explosive strength training, speed drills, agility work, and sport-specific conditioning to enhance performance in all aspects of the game. Whether you're looking to improve your strength in tackles, increase your sprint speed, or build endurance for four quarters, this program provides the tools to help you dominate on the field.

This membership allows access to 1 Football S&C class per week.

This membership is for Howe of Fife Youth Players. This membership includes two S+C sessions coached by Fraser Allan and Brad O'Hanlon. They will be given a programme to follow throughout the course of their time in Howe Youth S+C.
