Our Kids Strength & Conditioning class is a fun and engaging way for young athletes to develop fundamental movement skills, strength, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment. Using our S+C blueprint and long-term athlete development principles, we focus on creating a strong foundation that sets kids up for lifelong fitness and athletic success. Led by experienced coaches, this class includes a mix of bodyweight exercises, age-appropriate resistance training, agility games, and functional movements to keep kids active and engaged while improving their overall fitness. Whether they’re new to training or looking to enhance their athletic ability, this program provides a safe, fun, and encouraging space to help them grow stronger, move better, and build confidence in the gym. This membership allows the athlete access to one Kids S&C class per week.
