This membership allows access to all Bootcamp Classes. This membership is great for people that love the atmosphere and benefits of a class environment.

In purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with the The Tin Shed Terms and Conditions and gym rules relating to opening hours, use of facilities, health/safety and your conduct. There may be occasions where we must close the open gym section of The Tin Shed of which you are a member. We will do our best to let you know of such closures in advance of them taking place unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. Such closures will be kept to a minimum in duration and frequency and will not entitle you to a refund of part of, or all, your membership fees.

Tin Shed Masters
Bootcamp Masters is a class specifically created for individuals over 50. These low impact sessions aim to build strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. You will learn the core fundamental movements, focusing on correct form/technique to build your confidence and achieve your fitness goals.

All sessions take place at The Tin Shed on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11am. Class spaces are limited to 12 people to maximise coaching.

Tin Shed Young Farmers

This membership allows Young Farmers access to one class per week. Youth Strength + Conditioning
Tin Shed Juniors (1 Class per week)

Our Junior classes allow kids to build strong foundations for sport and life. Kids gain confidence and body awareness in a safe and supportive environment. Sessions are fun and engaging, introducing key movement skills such as squatting, jumping, landing, pushing, and pulling. This class is specifically for kids in P4-7.

This membership allows the athlete access to one Tin Shed Juniors class per week.

Tin Shed Youth Girls

Our Tin Shed Youth Girls class is designed to empower young girls to build strength, confidence, and a solid foundation in fitness.​ Our sessions focus on improving strength, coordination, balance, and overall fitness in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment. We focus on building good habits and preventing injuries, particularly if they participate in another sport. This class is specifically for youth girls in P6-S3.

This membership allows the athlete access to one Tin Shed Youth Girls class per week.

You acknowledge that you have been informed of, and understand, the structure and nature of the fitness classes that The Tin Shed (Strength and Conditioning) provides and in which your child will participate. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to inform the coach of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other risks that may affect your child’s ability to safely participate in classes or sessions. You understand that your child should not participate in any exercise program unless they are medically fit to do so and that you should consult a medical professional if you have any concerns prior to your child’s participation.

The Tin Shed (Strength and Conditioning) accepts no liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained by your child while participating in any class or session, or while using any equipment, except to the extent that such injury or loss is caused by the negligence of The Tin Shed (Strength and Conditioning).

Howe Rugby Strength + Conditioning
Howe Youth Strength + Conditioning
This membership is for Howe of Fife Youth Players. This membership includes two S+C sessions coached by Fraser Allan and Brad O'Hanlon. They will be given a programme to follow throughout the course of their time in Howe Youth S+C.

HOWE P6/7 Strength + Conditioning
The Howe RFC Youth S+C age group classes are designed to refine and prepare the techniques of functional movement patterns to help prime the foundations of lifting weights for youth players. A mixture of plyometrics and olympic weightlifting will be used during these classes. The aim is to create a youth section of the club that has a knowledge of excellent technique and a foundation of strength so they can excel as they progress through their age grades at the club.
