From running and jumping to lifting and teamwork, every class is designed to keep kids active, confident and enjoying fitness.

Our CrossFit Kids & Pre Teens sessions are built to improve confidence, fitness, teamwork and coordination in a fun, supportive environment.
Each session includes:

Everything is fully coached, safe and age-appropriate with sessions scaled to suit all abilities.

One week of Wolf Cubs Summer Club: 4 coached sessions (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri, 13:30-15:00). Ages 8-12, max 12 places per week. Sibling and member-family rate £45 — ask at the desk. Want the whole summer sorted? Grab the Summer Pass: all 6 weeks for £225 if booked by 21 June (£250 after).
The whole summer sorted in one go. Every Wolf Cubs session for all 6 weeks of the holidays (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri, 13:30-15:00, 29 June - 7 August) — 24 coached sessions. Ages 8-12, max 12 places per week. Early-bird £225 until 21 June, then £250. Compared with weekly booking (£50/week = £300) you save at least £50.
One coached kids session per week — CrossFit Kids (4-7 or 5-8) or CrossFit Pre Teens. The perfect starter membership for young athletes: build confidence, skills and a love of training at their own pace. Upgrade to the 3-per-week membership any time. Billed monthly.
6-week Hyrox-style prep program building progressively into a full event simulation. Includes all Gauntlet Prep sessions (Tue/Thu 16:30 & 19:45, Fri 16:30, Sat & Sun 11:00). Coached group training: compromised running, strength endurance, engine/erg work, station skills, race-pace running, long conditioning and recovery.
