1 Month Adult Aerial Intensive (July 2024) EB Ends May 6th

We are very excited to bring to you our bespoke 4-week aerial intensive designed to push your fitness and increase your aerial knowledge with the aim of continuing to pursue aerial to a professional level.
Taking place inside East London Gymnastics Centre, we are proud to say this venue is the only one of its kind in London. All under one roof, this venue has 2 aerial studios, an Olympic-fitted gymnasium, trampolines, a pole dancing studio, a dance studio, a martial art studio, a callisthenics/workout gym and even a pizzeria! All fitted to the highest specification, we cannot wait to welcome you to East London Gymnastics centre.
During this 1-month intensive you have approx 80 hours of training in various aerial skills and complimentary classes. There will also be the option to take weekly gymnastic classes run by East London Gymnastics Centre. The first 3-weeks will consist of intensive training followed by the 4th week focused on act creation, a professional photoshoot and a chance to record your act. Please see the following pages for a full breakdown of exactly what is included in this course.
Bookable on a first come first serve basis. This intensive is suitable for anyone with aerial experience or even complete beginners! As long as you have the drive to push yourself and learn new skills then there's nothing stopping you from taking your aerial journey to the next step!
We will require anyone new to AGL to come in for an information meeting (or virtually!) to discuss suitability for this course. ALL participants must pay their deposit in full to secure their space, we will then arrange your meeting after the deposit has been paid. Please note should we decide you are not suitable for this course your deposit will be returned in full, aside from this all deposits are strictly non-refundable!

Payment can be made in full, or if you would prefer to pay in 4 equal instalments please enter the code "PAYMENTPLAN4" at checkout.
Once your initial payment has been received we will then contact you to set up a payment plan for the remaining 3 payments. Full payment must be made 2 weeks prior to the course starting. Payments will be taken automatically on agreed dates - you choose each payment date! You are also welcome to change the amount of the payment or pay the full fee upfront.

10.15 - 11.30am: Skill 1
11.30 - 11.45am: Break
11.45 - 1pm: Skill 2
1 - 1.45pm: Lunch
1.45 - 2pm: Self Warm Up
2 - 3pm: Skill 3
3.30 - 3pm: Cool Down
*Half Days on Wednesday: 10am - 1pm
*Week 3 Day 5: Photoshoot Day
