AGL is excited to bring you a 1-week aerial intensive to push your fitness and increase your aerial knowledge!

Taking place inside East London Gymnastics Centre, we are proud to say this venue is the only one of its kind in London. All under one roof, this venue has 2 aerial studios, Olympic level gymnasium, trampolines, pole dancing studio, dance studio, martial art studio, callisthenics/workout gym and even a pizzeria! We are proud to be the only venue with this many studios, all fitted to the highest specification. In addition to this, you'll also be taught by UK's leading aerialists and gymnastics coaches.

During this 1-week intensive you will get to take the following classes:

Aerial Hoop, Straps, Silks, Rope, Spanish Web, Trapeze, Loops, Gymnastics, Handstands, Contortion, Pole Dancing and Self Defence. Your final day will consist of a photoshoot where you will receive 3 professionally edited photos.

Bookable on a first come first serve basis. For this course, previous aerial experience is required. This is not suitable for complete beginners. The total cost for this course is £350, the early bird offer will give you 10% off making it just £315!
