Big Tops - Ages 7 - 12 Years**

These instructor led sessions are for your child to enjoy alone without their parent or guardian present. Due to the size of the studio, we don't allow spectators. Parents are welcome to wait in reception at our Harrogate Studio or Asda is less than 5 minutes away if you'd like to get some jobs done! We don't have a waiting area in Ripon however Booths Cafe is less than 2 minutes walk away, as is Costa and Olivers Pantry! You'll be able to check out the children's progress on our social media where we post lots of photos (if permission is given - they can be sent privately if not). 

**The age parameters are given as a guideline and can be altered to better suit individual needs. If you feel your child would be better suited to a more 'serious' class without games and with more 'hard work' and they are aged 10years or older, then check out our Teen Circus classes instead. 

These classes are very relaxed and friendly. They include a fun warm up, fitness games and a time split between either the aerial hoop, the aerial hammock or the pole, as well as covering the basics of handstands and headstands and partner acro. These sessions are great for improving muscle tone, balance, coordination and above all confidence. We're very proud of the environment we create in these classes. We welcome gymnasts or those leaving the sport for various reasons, as well as children who have hated all other forms of exercise, and of course any fans of the Greatest Showman! Watching these children cheer and support each other regardless of if they're working advanced skills or the basics is truly wonderful. 

Our classes are taught by a team of brilliant fully insured, qualified instructors with varying experience from 10+ years teaching children's fitness, gymnastics coaching, competitive athletes themselves and of course reformed couch potatoes (that ones Nat..)

We advise to bring tight fitting shorts, leggings, any top and a drink along with you to classes! All of these items can also be purchased from the studio if needed (as well as a lovely little branded bag to keep it all in *winkwink* )
