4 Week Intro to Hoop Beginners Course
This course is open to complete beginners with zero experience, to anyone who had attended beginner level but who would like to refine the basics, or those who have returned to the sport after a long break. We will cover the fundamentals skills including beginner poses, transitions, climbs and conditioning to work towards holding our own body weight. It is highly advisable you are able to attend all sessions but not essential. After completing the course, you have the choice to either join a beginner session where we will continue to progress through the beginner syllabus, or if you felt more comfortable, you may repeat the fundamentals course again.
Attendees must be 16years or older. They should wear tight fitting trousers or leggings and a comfortable top. Please remove any jewellery and watches before class and avoid using any lotions and creams that may make the equipment slippery or dangerous. Avoid leggings with a back zipper as this may cause discomfort in some poses and can damage our equipment.
