4 Week Intro to Pole Beginners Course (Level 1)

This course is open to complete beginners with zero pole experience, to anyone who had attended beginner level but who would like to refine the basics, or those who have returned to the sport after a long break. We will cover the fundamentals skills including beginner spins, transitions, climbs and conditioning to work towards controlled inversions. It is highly advisable you are able to attend all sessions but not essential. After completing the course, you have the choice to either join a Level 2 session where we will continue to progress through the beginner syllabus, or if you felt more comfortable, you   may repeat the fundamentals course again with an additional 25% off. 
 

Attendees must be 16years or older. They should wear shorts if they’re comfortable to (with joggers on top if desired), or else tight fitting trousers or leggings and a top. Please remove any jewellery and watches before class and avoid using any lotions and creams on the day of the class as that may make the equipment slippery or dangerous. Avoid leggings with a back zipper as this may cause discomfort in some poses and can damage our equipment.
