This initiative builds on the success of last season’s pilot, which focused exclusively on female coaches. That programme helped ten new coaches gain their England Rugby Coaching Award, while providing regular CPD and mentoring opportunities throughout the year.
This season, the two cohorts will run in parallel: a Female-Only Cohort and a 16-23 Age Cohort.
Each group will follow a structured calendar of events, including CPD sessions and ongoing mentoring from Saints’ community team with the aim to offer long-term development support within Saints’ coaching pathway.
This direct debit is at the value of £10.00 + £1.50 booking fee per month across 10 months, and will confirm your place on the programme this year. It will cover all development dates and recourses across the ten-month programme, including your place on an England Rugby Coaching Award this season.
Please ensure you have completed this ahead of the first meeting on the schedule on 24th September.
