Our Silvers membership is for those over 55 years of age, and gives access to all of our coached Silvers classes, as well as 24 hour access to the functional Crossfit area via keyfob outwith class times!

This also includes access to our beginner classes

Access to unlimited coffee types from the coffee machine

This helps keep the coffee machine thriving in the gym. Unlimited coffees from the big lovely JURA X10. Coffee supplied by Three Hills coffee.

Coffees are 2 quid each, for a perfect pull every time. more than 5 coffees a month, and you're quids in

MMA membership to take part in unlimited MMA classes, and use the MMA area outside of class times

This also includes use of the Unit 8 gym and Sauna between 6am and 10pm
