This membership provides unlimited access to coach led classes and use of open gym. You will receive a key fob for access to the gym, receive daily gym programming delivered to you in an app on your phone along with additional nutritional resources, daily recipes and nutrition tracking and accountability. Working with an assigned coach, you will also be held accountable with your personal training and lifestyle goals, with periodic tracking and one to one progress ccheck ins.

Terms and conditions
This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

After 1 late cancels or no shows within 5 days, you will be subject to a charge of £3.00.
