Since barbell exercises tend to be more technical than other types of training, we recommend this workshop to ensure you are lifting with correct technique.
Includes a 4-week training program to start building strength and muscle with a barbell.
The Strength & Size Program is designed to build your confidence, increase your training knowledge and get you tangible results without spending hours in the gym.
We do this by coaching you in person, in a workshop format, so that we can address your specific issues and starting level. Along with the workshops, you will receive a monthly training program based on the exercises we cover in the workshops. This program will maximise your available time and equipment to get results over a 3-month period.
