Learn how to build muscle & functional strength efficiently, at home or with minimal equipment, in this series of workshops and training programs.

WORKSHOP 1 OF 3

This is our simplest workshop in terms of equipment - all you need is your own bodyweight and a couple of resistance bands. We recommend this workshop as a starting point, especially if you are not a regular gym goer.

Includes a 4-week training program to start building strength and muscle with just bodyweight and bands.

The Strength & Size Program is designed to build your confidence, increase your training knowledge and get you tangible results without spending hours in the gym.

We do this by coaching you in person, in a workshop format, so that we can address your specific issues and starting level. Along with the workshops, you will receive a monthly training program based on the exercises we cover in the workshops. This program will maximise your available time and equipment to get results over a 3-month period.
