Join us for a 3-week intro to the sport of Strongman/Strongwoman!
We will take you step by step through six of the most fun and iconic strongman events, finishing with the Atlas Stones!
No previous experience of strongman/strongwoman is necessary. Our aim is for you to have fun and feel safe, while trying this incredible sport.
