YOUTH TRAMPOLINE (Mon 4pm, 9/11-10/2)
In this five week course we will train the fundamentals of trampoline technique. Class exercises will focus on increasing foot articulation, developing an awareness of body positioning throughout space, and building a sense of trust and respect for the apparatus.
ONE CLASS CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED BECAUSE SDCC WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY, 9/4!
