YOUTH AERIAL (Mar 28-May 2, Tues @ 4pm)

This six week course is designed to introduce everything aerial to the students. Each week we will focus on one or two different apparatuses which can include silks, trapeze, lyra, hammock, rope and traveling rings. Students will gain spatial awareness and the ability to manage their body with confidence. Circus helps build a foundation for muscle strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and posture. All of our youth courses are designed to nurture each student’s self-esteem and foster self-discipline, creative thinking, trust and teamwork. We provide a supportive environment that encourages students to have the confidence to try new things and to believe in their own abilities as they express their talents in the air!
