In this six week beginner course you will build upper body and core strength as well as leg and shoulder flexibility. Each class will involve a Warm Up, Conditioning, Hoop Tricks, Transitions and Combos, building to a choreographed routine for each level to conquer over the period of your course. Participants not only learn some amazingly beautiful skill development, but also get to experience what it feels like to aerial dance on the hoop.
