YOUTH HAMMOCK (May 9-June 13, Tues @ 4pm)

Aerial hammock (sling), not to be confused with aerial yoga, is a looped piece of fabric. The class focuses on the fundamentals of hammock, body awareness, flexibility, flow, transitions and building stamina. Participation in this six week course also focuses on learning wraps, poses, drops, spins and sequences. Students will gain aerial confidence, increased flexibility, and a joy of aerial movement.
