Overview
The San Diego Circus Center presents a hand-to-hand and partner acrobatics workshop to for pairs looking to learn new skills, perfect the skills they already have, and develop a strong training regimen for continued growth.

The workshop will begin with 1 hour dedicated to drills to help flyers and bases prepare for their roles. The flyer and bases will split into separate groups to discuss proper techniques and work through exercises specifically designed for their respective parts. Then the groups will come together and each pair will be evaluated and assigned to one of the following groupings: beginner, intermediate, advanced. Instructors will guide the pairs in each group and provide technical advice to help each pair perfect their tricks. Instructors will also teach new skills within each ability level. Students will walk away with a stronger understanding of the training system for hand-to-hand style acrobatics in order to further advance their abilities.
