HAND TO HAND INTENSIVE WITH JEAN-LUC, MATT & LIZ (7/3-7/21)
San Diego Circus Center is excited to announce a 3 week hand to hand intensive with Jean-Luc Martin, Matt Fields-Johnson, Elizabeth Overton & other specialty instructors to be announced!
The schedule will include several hours of hand to hand training, along with dance/choreography with Courtney Giannone, handstands, tumbling, trampoline, and flexibility.
COST:
$1,100/person: 3 weeks H2H Intensive Only
OR
$1,340/person: 3 weeks H2H Intensive + unlimited training membership to take unlimited evening & weekend classes during these 3 weeks
OPTIONS FOR 1 & 2 WEEKS
1 and 2 week options will be considered for July 3- 7 or July 3-14 only, in the event that we have not filled all 10 (pairs) spots for all 3 weeks by March 24th. If you are only able to come for one or 2 weeks, please note this in the google form.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE:
Space is limited to 20 partnerships. You must sign up for the intensive with a partner, and you must be able to complete all of the pre-requisite hand to hand skills as a pair.
Each partnership must submit a video of the skills below in order to be eligible for this intensive. ** We will post a video example of what we are looking for in the next few days.
Each individual person must also fill out the following Google Sheet which includes a space to paste a YouTube link to your video submission.

Hand to Hand Skills
· Supine extended foot to hand, one minute hold
· Comfortable two high (squats and can walk and stop at will and with control)
· Standing foot to hand (low), 30 sec hold without walking (Please show side view of base’s posture and elbow position - see video example)
· Standing hand to hand (low), 10 sec hold without walking (Please show side view of base’s posture and elbow position - see video example)
· Inlocate to two high
· Show us one other controlled skill you can do
Handstand Skills
• Handstand against a wall, one minute hold
• Handstand – side view (Tuck up preferred, with spotter if needed)
Tumbling and conditioning:
• Forward roll
(If you can forward roll to handstand, forward roll to handstand, please do)?
• Backward roll
• Cartwheel left and right
• 10 push-ups
• 10 v-ups
?Flexibility (We just want to see where you are at):
• Right, left, middle split, pancake
• Elbows (See video)
• Bridge, bridge with straight legs
• Standing forward fold

We will be reviewing applications on a first come first serve basis. Once your application is submitted it will be reviewed within 5 business days.
Upon acceptance you will need to pay a non-refundable $400 deposit to reserve your spot (for 3 or 2 week applicants. If we accept one week applicants, the full $440 is required to reserve). The remainder is due within 60 days of the intensive.
