All the information BELOW is also required for the advanced stretching along with : Students must be able to touch their splits at least flat or close to it, also recommended to have a slight over split. Students must be able to do a bridge on their own, touch their toes with straight legs and have good balance on their feet and body coordination to do high dynamic leg kicks that require strength, precision and timing. They should have overall good mobility in their arms and shoulders, there will be a lot of partner work requiring them to push one another.

BE physically fit in order to withstand mild pressure to their joins such as jumping up and down and attempting basic dynamic leg kicks. They must be physically fit enough to elevate their heart rate and speak English or French to be properly instructed. It is not recommended to participate if you have any major injuries. This class often requires students to partner up and learn how to help each other stretch. Students must wear fitted clothing that can stretch very easily and socks are recommended.
