Beginner Flexibility

Beginners must be reasonably physically fit in order to withstand mild pressure to their joins such as jumping up and down and attempting basic dynamic leg kicks. They must be physically fit enough to elevate their heart rate and speak English or French to be properly instructed. It is not recommended to participate if you have any major injuries. This class often requires students to partner up and learn how to help each other stretch. Students must wear fitted clothing that can stretch very easily and socks are recommended. Long hair should be tied back.
