Mindfulness Flexibility Workshop (shoulders and back)
Saturday August 3rd (12:30 to 2:30) $80.00
This 2-hour workshop begins with a 30-minute conversation on:
gaining flexibility by making conscious decisions on how far to push through pain;
your questions about flexibility.
This will be followed by 90 minutes of active training.
This is an interactive and creative learning class.
Areas of focus include:
1. Discovering variations that induce comfort.
2. Redefining strength by working on "the missing link".
3. Clear tools for upgrading your practice.
4. Experiencing space throughout your vertebral column.
5. The relationship between stretching and fun.
6. Learning to value quality over quantity.
7. How regular breath flow creates endurance.
8. Respecting your body rhythms.
9. Trusting the process.
10. Bringing the body back to a neutral state.
PRIVATE SESSIONS with Jinny are available at $125 per hour.
