This body conditioning class combines the benefits of yoga and pilates principles of breath and alignment, whilst offering a total-body workout with strengthening and stretching exercises to increase muscle endurance and improve flexibility, posture and balance.

The workout starts off with some light stretches to prepare the body. Moving onto strengthening moves and ending with a cool down to send you back to work, feeling energised, calm and ready to take on the rest of the day.
