Terms and Conditions
A hub pass is a class pass that can be used to book any eligible group class, subject to availability. The pass is sharable with dependents named in your account. A dependent is usually a family member and does not need to be a child. Dependents are added by the person creating the account with just 1 email, this person is referred to as the account manager.
2. Payment
Payment will be by card payment, and non refundable.
3. Validity
Class passes bought in this way will never expire; however, unused class passes cannot be refunded at any time.
4. Booking and attendance
Classes must be booked in advance through the TeamUp app or using the link from the website. A class must be cancelled at least 3 hours before its scheduled start time to allow others the opportunity to book your spot. A class cancelled on time will result in your class pass being returned to your account. Members who cancel late will forfeit their class pass.
5. Cancelled classes
On the rare occasion a class has to be cancelled by the studio due to teacher sickness or other unforeseen events, all class passes will be returned. Notifications will be sent by email.
