If you are completely new to exercise we understand that your going to be nervous and worried so we would like to help you by introducing you to exercise at a comfortable slow and steady pace. Let our expert trainers hold your hand through your first 4 weeks with us and help teach you the fundamentals that you will need to know before joining our classes. 'you be learning how to do the basic bodyweight moves including squats lunges and press-ups all before progressing to using weights. Dont worry if 4 weeks isn't long enough we can work with you for as long as you need before you join our classes.
