For the Monthly Wellbeing Membership you will be billed on the 1st day of every month (or where the 1st day does not fall on a business day, payment will be taken on the first business day thereafter). Should you purchase a Monthly Wellbeing Membership part way through a month, payment for that month will be prorated according to the days remaining in that month. Should you wish to cancel your Monthly Wellbeing Membership, you must give us 30 days written notice.

The Monthly Wellbeing Membership rate is based on studio classes being offered during 48 weeks of the year as the clinic will be closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas period and for a further 2 weeks to be determined, at our discretion. We reserve the right to review and increase our membership rates annually. Should you miss a class without having given at least 24 hours’ notice that you will be unable to attend, it will be deemed that you have taken that class. If you miss a clinical treatment session without having given at least 24 hours’ notice that you will be unable to attend, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the treatment session not attended, in line with our Terms and Conditions. The Monthly Wellbeing Membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the Monthly Wellbeing Membership in order that the monthly payment can be taken.
